This module attempts to introduce the subject of fixed income in a simple way. It starts by comparing the asset class to equities and the goes on to describe the basic different types of bonds. Much of the material addresses some of the common terms that are used in describing bonds and finally there is a section on duration and how bonds might be compared to one another in terms of risk.
